The Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy offers a Self-Defense, and Bully Prevention training program. You will learn real life self-defense techniques and be able to practice them in a safe and friendly environment. You will gain the knowledge to be able to protect yourself and your loved ones in any real self-defense situation.
