About Outdoor Journeys - Camp Nawaka
Outdoor Journeys is a non-profit youth development organization which operates a residential camp program, Camp Nawakwa, near Angelus Oaks, California. It is our mission to inspire individuals, through education and engagement, to connect with the natural world.
Camp Nawakwa offers Summer Camp sessions during the summer season and Family Camps throughout the year. Activities included in each camp session include: Archery, Rock Climbing, Tomahawks, Slingshot Paintball, Arts & Crafts, Swimming, Canoeing, Fishing, Outdoor Living Skills, Nature, Teambuilding, Hiking, Drama, and Evening Programs.
