It's not easy finding the ideal summer program for your child. It can be a frustrating and time consuming experience contacting camp after camp, one-by-one, gathering information and then trying to compare all the information you learned about.
That's why attending a Camp Fair is such an easy and convenient way to find the best camp for your child. Not only will you find a wide variety of camps to choose from in a single place, you can meet camp directors, counselors and representatives from all the different programs and get all your questions answered at the same time. Even better, you won't have to look very far to find a Camp Fair near you. For instance, L.A. Camp Fair 2018 is operating three convenient Camp Fair events in 2018: All of the Camp Fairs are free and each one will have at least 50 exhibiting camps and program so you're bound to find the perfect one for you.

We are fortunate to have such a wide variety of summer camps and programs attending L.A. Camp Fair 2018. It's one of the reasons why we call it "Greater L.A.'s Best Camp Expo!" If you're looking for traditional summer camp program, you'll find it at the L.A. Camp Fair. Same with non-traditional camps, too. One such non-traditional camp exhibiting at the both the UCLA Camp Fair and also the Conejo Valley Camp Fair is the Summer Institute for the Gifted. Summer Institute for the Gifted (SIG) runs multi-week summer academic programs for gifted, creative, and academically talented students ages 5-17 on prestigious school and college campuses. The programs combine academics with social, cultural, and recreational activities for a truly engaging experience. For more information, visit GiftedStudy.org, and be sure to stop by their booth at the UCLA and Conejo Valley Camp Fairs.
We are pleased to announce the Fencing Summer Camp will be exhibiting at the L.A. Camp Fair on Sunday, March 11 at UCLA.
No matter what part of town you live in, or what kind of camp you're looking for, you'll be sure to find it at L.A. Camp Fair 2018.
L.A. Camp Fair 2018 encompasses three different summer camp expo events throughout Los Angeles in March and April. With Camp Fair events at UCLA, Conejo Valley and Calabasas, you are bound to find the right program for you. Hope to see you at the Camp Fair! Attending a Camp Fair is by far the easiest and most convenient way to find the ideal camp for your kids. That's because you don't have to spend any time contacting each camp individually by phone, email or traveling to visit them. Instead, at a Camp Fair, all the camps are together in one place, side-by-side in a booth-like setting, where you can simply visit all the booths to meet the camp staff, ask questions, and learn about their programs. Picture a wedding expo, used car expo, or any other kind of expo and you're on the right track because camp fairs are exactly that ... an expo for summer camps. Depending on what part of town you live and your family's availability, you can attend just one of the camp fairs, two of them, or even all three to meet camp representatives, collect information, take advantage of some of the early bird discounts many programs offer, and even sign up for some of the more popular programs before they sell out.
In any case, you'll find at least 50 camps exhibiting at each of the camp fairs encompassing a wide variety of activities and programs from day camps to overnight camps to acting camps and everything in between. Another big plus is the L.A. Camp Fair 2018 is absolutely FREE! You won't pay a dime to get in. The only thing you need to do is grab your free admission tickets in advance because we're expecting a big crowd, serving food, and having lots of games and activities for the kids. By getting your free tickets ahead of time, it will help us plan for the right number of families attending the Camp Fair. We're looking forward to seeing you there! As you may know, L.A. Camp Fair 2018 is the greater Los Angeles area's largest summer camp expo where you can meet camp representatives from over 100 summer camps and programs and discover what they offer. Rather than contacting each camp that interests you individually, you'll save time by going booth-to-booth meeting all the camps that interest you in one place. Not only is attending L.A. Camp Fair 2018 like a one-stop-shop for finding the best camp for you, it's also the easiest and most affordable because it's FREE. You don't pay a dime to get in...just show up at the Camp Fair and have fun! You can talk the camp counselors and directors, get all your questions answered, get free brochures from all the camps, and so much more. We've made some MAJOR upgrades to this year's L.A. Camp Fair including accommodating more camps this year, offering more games and activities for all the kids who attend (be sure to bring your whole family!), and a wider variety of food options (several new food trucks will be on hand). Now regarding accommodating more camps, you may recall last year's Camp Fair was a huge success attended by over 400 families and 50 summer camps. But year we've expanded to three locations including AC Stelle Middle School in Calabasas, Conejo Valley North Creek Park in Thousand Oaks, and the beautiful campus of UCLA...an ideal site for a Camp Fair! Here are the details for the upcoming L.A. Camp Fair at UCLA: When: Sunday, March 11, 12pm to 3pm Where: Sunset Canyon Recreation Center, Mesa Lawn Upper Picnic Area, UCLA Address: 111 Easton Dr, Los Angeles, CA 90024 Time: 12pm to 3pm What Kind of Camps will be at the Camp Fair? All kinds! Now there's just one catch you need to be aware of. Even though it won't cost you a dime to attend the UCLA Camp Fair, tickets are required to get in due to high expected demand. As long as you print your free tickets ahead of time, your space at the Camp Fair is guaranteed and you won't be turned away at the door. Get your free tickets right now and we'll see you at L.A. Camp Fair 2018 at UCLA! It wasn't easy but we did it! After a few fits and starts we have finally identified the dates as locations for L.A. Camp Fair 2018.
As you may note, last year we operated a single camp fair at AC Stelle Middle School in Calabasas. It was a huge success with many families finding the perfect camp for their kids and the exhibiting camps finding many new happy campers! This year we've decided to expand the L.A. Camp Fair from one event two three with event dates and locations on the campus of UCLA on Sunday, March 11; in Thousand Oaks on Saturday, April 14; and in Calabasas (again at AC Stelle) on Sunday, April 22. As always, attending the Camp Fair is free for families, but due to high expected demand it's advisable you reserve tickets sooner rather since space at all three L.A. camp fair events is limited. If you operate a summer camp and want to register your program to exhibit at L.A. Camp Fair 2018, you can do that right here. We've heard from many camp directors in the past few weeks who are want to know if the L.A. Camp Fair dates for 2018 have been set yet.
Many camps will be traveling from out of town to exhibit at L.A. Camp Fair 2018, so obviously these folks need to make their travel plans! L.A. Summer Camps.com is only an official sponsor of the L.A. Camp Fair, not the actual promoter, so we don't have the full details yet from the decision-makers putting on the expo. As soon as we have concrete details, we'll let you know. But from our current understanding, we believe the tentative (and it's appears more firm than tentative), Camp Fair #1 will be March 10 or 11 in West L.A. or Beverly Hills, and Camp Fair #2 will be April 22 in Calabasas. There may even an additional (third) camp fair added, possibly at Cal Lutheran University in the Conejo Valley. This decision will be make shortly. Meanwhile, we know the folks at Camp Fair 2018 are working hard to firm everything up for you. Don't be surprised to see definite details -- including a Camp Fair Registration Form so camps can sign up -- posted and available for you this weekend. |
