JCC Maccabi Sports Camp, an overnight summer sports camp for kids and teens between the 4th and 11th grades, has joined LASummerCamps.com. Campers who sign up for this program will enjoy all kinds of sports and other camp activities ranging from volleyball to tennis to soccer and more.  JCC Maccabi Sports Camp is an overnight Jewish sports camp located just outside of San Francisco in Atherton, California.  Many kids from L.A. attend the camp each summer which combines sports and other camp activities with a Jewish summer camp experience.

We are very pleased to have Planet Bravo  summer computer camp join the L.A. Summer Camps website.  Planet Bravo joined yesterday.  It looks like a very fun camp !  If your child or anyone you know has attended Planet Bravo  in the past or does so this summer, please post a comment to share your opinions of the program with others who might be considering summer computer camps in L.A.

We are pleased to announce that two new camps have joined our site. The first camp is called Ariel Warehouse. This program features gymnastics and trampoline programs and training.  Ariel Warehouse is listed in our L.A. Specialty Camps category.

The second new addition to our website is Pali Adventures. Pali Adventures is sleepaway camp offering 21 different specialty programs from Watersports to Flying Trapeze to everything in between.  Pali is listed in both our specialty camp and sleepaway camp categories.

The LASummerCamps.com website has been online for many years, but to be honest, it's been neglected. While lots of camps and programs been listed on the site over the years  -- and it's always been a pretty good resource for helping parents and kids find great camps in L.A. -- the site has never really reached its potential...until now.

We are pleased to say we've spent the last several months completely redoing LA Summer Camps.com just for you, and now the site's much easier to use and more pleasant to look at.
