Attending the L.A. Camp Fairs in March? Heed these COVID Health and Safety Protocols
We're as pleased as you are COVID restrictions are lifting. Seems like the virus is getting further away from us, which is music to our collective ears!
At the same time, we need to remain prudent, especially with respect to large public gatherings such as the upcoming in-person UCLA and Calabasas Camp Fairs. There will be hundreds, if not thousands, of people and families of all ages attending these events to find the perfect summer camp this year for their kids.
Accordingly, even though organized events no longer have capacity limits or physical distancing requirements, we will continue to do our part to mitigate the risk of COVID-19 to camp vendors, family attendees, and everyone else joining us at the upcoming Camp Fairs.

UCLA Camp Fair COVID-19 Protocol
The UCLA Camp Fair takes place March 12, 2023 inside Pauley Pavilion. According to the high number of RSVP's we've received so far, this has the potential to be classified the LA County Health Department as a "Mega-Event." Mega-events require adherence to more stringent health and safety protocols than smaller events.
Please note the following health and safety mandates required of each and every camp fair exhibitor, guest, contractor, attendee, invitee, or any other person who accesses UCLA facilities for reasons relating to the March 13 Camp Fair event (each, an "Attendee").
Every Attendee must:
(a) be fully-vaccinated (i.e., at least two weeks have passed since the Attendee received the second dose in a two-dose series, or at least two weeks have passed since the Attendee received a single-dose vaccine), or
(b) have received a true and accurate negative PCR COVID-19 test result within 48 hours prior to accessing UCLA's facilities or a negative Antigen COVID-19 test result within 24 hours prior to accessing UCLA's facilities, and;
(c) Wear a face mask that covers the Attendee's nose and mouth, regarding of vaccination status, whether indoors or outdoors on UCLA property including but not limited to while waiting in line to enter the Pauley Pavilion venue.

Calabasas Camp Fair COVID-19 Protocol
The Calabasas Camp Fair takes place March 2023 (specific date tba) inside the Multi-Purpose room at A.C. Stelle Middle School. Proof of vaccination will not be required, nor will proof of a negative COVID-19 Antigen or PCR test. However, wearing a face mask, that covers both your nose and mouth, is highly suggested of everyone attendance. We will have extra masks on hand should you arrive at the Camp Fair without one.
Compliance Verification
When you arrive at the Camp Fair(s), will we verify your compliance with the above protocols. Please note that UCLA, the Las Virgenes Unified School District, local health authority officials, and/or the Camp Fair organizers may update the protocols herein periodically to ensure the events and all Attendees comply with the highest applicable standards.
